Labor and Learn Weekly Session 

This program is divided into two sections, the first section is labor that Will Take place Monday through Wednesday. Labor will take part in either direction of integrity home solutions, where The young man will gain valuable skill sets in home improvement, home maintenance and other services. Which also will include customer service skills, customer acquisition in service fulfillment and obligations, along with a a tool bag of skill sets to brighten the The interns future post program.

The second portion, to learning aspect that Will Take place Thursday and Friday. This portion will dive into personal growth, such as spirituality, give mix and talents to give the individual a better understanding of themselves and how to move forward. Another aspect learning, will be financial responsibility for oneself, The goal will be to grasp basic levels of banking, budgeting, credit and debt. The final aspect of learning, will be the social and community aspect. This is where The program engages the interns with history and social responsibility to I’m sure social progression of the neighborhood whatever they may land.
